I was a little reluctant about upgrading outside of my phone company, but I had to take a chance. My company was charging double for the phone I wanted and I refused to pay that amount. I was surprised at how easy it was to upgrade both lines. Yes you have to do it separately, but if the lines are eligible there isn't an issue.
